The Newsletter is a twice-monthly love note exploring how we stay well and sane in the Anthropocene era—when we need community (that’s you and me, baby) more than ever.

Climate anxiety. Parasocial relationships. Dopamine fasts. Grief and loss. Girl dinner. Internet addiction. Skin hunger. Culture wars. Homesteading. How do we keep our heads and hearts steady amidst the chaos?

I write about staying well and sane, as a twelve-year veteran of the wellness blogging world—and offer recommendations for gems to read, watch, and listen to that will nourish mind, body, and heart. Paid subscribers receive a monthly Poetry Fix, with audio!

Signing up is free.
